I moved here in nov 2023 and The old management was insane. I couldn’t move until mid dec because when they gave me the keys the apartment was not finished and they supposedly didn’t know . so I had to paid hotel 8 months pregnant with a toddler for almost 2 weeks when we finally moved in the apartment was disgusting , mold everywhere, Broken blinds , doors & ect . It was terrifying. But this new management AMC took place around January 2024 and it has been amazing. Thank you for such care for your tenants . Thank you for being on top of everything and making sure everything’s done! You guys are amazing. Theses apartments looks super clean now , maintenance it’s amazing shout out to the long hair guy he always checking on tenant to make sure they don’t need anything fix, he is doing such an amazing job. Thank you guys.

This place is amazing! The maintenance is great and on time. The property manager is awesome! She’s always there to ensure that what you needed is done in a timely manner. You won’t go wrong in choosing to live here. Everyone is so welcoming.

Property is well maintained and office staff always helpful when needed

It seems like when new management took over, they had their work cut out for them to say the very least. I moved in at the beginning of the year, when many of the current staff were brand new and I experienced some initial frustration/issues that several of the negative reviews here are mentioning. I'm taking the time to write this positive review because the property manager and the rest of her team (who had only been there a few weeks at that point and were clearly being bombarded with complaints caused by previous MGMT) handled my situation with the upmost professionalism, respect, and empathy. Elaina took the time to explain the root cause of the issues I was encountering and the planned path ahead to resolve them which goes a long way when things aren't going how you expect them to. Im giving 4 stars because it's clear this property could use some additional funding for upkeep, remodels, etc. But I've dealt with AWFUL property management in the past and am optimistic about how new management will turn things around
